BIRD ON THE WIRE and Mac DeMarco present… Mac DeMarco Will See You Now, a unique all-dayer held at Dreamland Margate. With just two weeks to go, the festival will showcase live shows from Aldous Harding, Yellow Days, Thurston Moore, Amyl and the Sniffers, Tirzah, Girl Ray, Kirin J Callinan, Blueprint Blue – and of course, the man himself, Mac DeMarco.

And, so, the celebrations continue. BIRD ON THE WIRE turned ten this year. They’ve come a long way. Having started out in a London basement as a three-day mini festival back in April 2009, the independent concert promotions company got nostalgic recently with a sold-out one-dayer at Hackney Wick’s brand new venue, Studio 9294, exactly ten years after their first ever venture. They’re continuing to throw further anniversary events as the months go by this year – each one as unique as the next.

Dreamland Margate is Kent’s equivalent to Coney Island – a British seaside amusement park, packed full with vintage rides, art installations and street food, available for all punters on the day. Situated right on Margate's seafront, Dreamland might just be the perfect spot to hear 'Here Comes The Cowboy' live for the first time – Mac DeMarco's fifth studio album in seven years.

Listen below for a selection of tracks by the artists performing at the event.
